Problem:
Heat pump is leaking water
Display: error message EE b

displays shows the error message
EE 7 or EE 8.

Cause:
Condensation water has
accumulated.
Water comes out at the heat
exchanger or the connections of the
water circuit.
Insufficient water flow.
Ambient temperature below 15 °C.
Automatic defrosting not performed
properly.
Control card is defective.
Solutions:
Set the heat pump to standby. If the
heat pump stops leaking,
condensation water was the cause.
Check the fastening nuts and tighten
them if necessary.
Contact an authorized qualified
person.
Increase the water throughput of the
hydraulic circuit that supplies the
heat pump.
Contact an authorized qualified

Wait until the ambient temperature
increases before starting the heat
pump.
