ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION All S.R. Smith VORTEX slides are inspected prior to shipment from the factory. Proper assembly and installation is mandatory. Improper assembly and installation voids S.R. Smith’s warranty and may affect the safety of the user. It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that the structural integrity of the concrete pad prior to installation of the slide.
