Precautionary
statement
Please read all the instruc-
tions before using your elec-
tric hot water bottle, especial-
ly this basic safety information.
Use this device only in accord-
ance with the instructions given
in this manual. Check that your
mains voltage is the same as that
of your device. This appliance
can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above and per-
sons with reduced physical, sen-
sory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowl-
edge if they have been given
supervision or instruction con-
cerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall
not play with the appliance. Do
not use accessories that are not
recommended by LANAFORM
or that are not supplied with this
device. The electric hot water
bottle must be used with the
charger supplied in its packag-
ing. Do not connect or discon-
nect the plug of the device with
wet hands. If the power cable is

damaged, it must be replaced
by a special cable or similar ca-
ble available from the suppli-
er or its after-sales department.
Check the electric hot water bot-
tle regularly. Do not use this de-
vice if the plug is damaged, if
it is not working properly, if it
has been dropped on the floor,
or if it is damaged or has fallen
into water. In this event, have the
device examined and repaired
by the supplier or its after-sales
department. If it falls into wa-
ter, unplug it immediately be-
fore retrieving it. Check that the
electric hot water bottle is fully
sealed before using it. Do not
use the electric hot water bottle
when it is plugged in. The hot
water bottle must be charged
on a flat surface and not be ver-
tical or sloping. Do not use this
device under a cover or under
a cushion. Excessive heat can
cause fire, electrocution or in-
jury. Take all necessary precau-
tions to avoid burns. Handle the
electric hot water bottle with
care. The internal temperature
may in fact reach 75°C and 60°C
