CHECKING THE FAST FORWARD BACK
TENSION
Remove the cassette housing control assembly.

Make a short-circuit between TP8804 and

on the VCR PWB, with a 22 ohm resistor. Now
turn on the power.

I. Push the FF button to place the ass'y in the
fast forward mode.
