This feature allows you to cook most of your food based on the food category and the weight. Select
the category and choose the weight of your food. For quick reference of the cooking time and the
weight, please refer to the auto menu table.
1. Turn the upper dial (1) to "Auto Menu". The LED display will show
"A1".
2. Turn the lower dial (2) to select the auto menu you need "A1"...
"A10".
3. Press the Start/Confirm (2) button to confirm.
4. Turn the lower dial (2) to select the weight for your chosen
programme. Please refer to the auto menu table for information.
5. Press the Start/Confirm (2) button to confirm and start

cooking.
6. Press the Stop/Cancel (3) button once to stop the cooking.
Press the Stop/Cancel (3) button again to cancel the setting.
The density and thickness of food can affect its
cooking time. Ensure all food is piping hot and
cooked thoroughly before serving. It is essential
that food is checked during and after the
recommended cooking time, even if the auto-
cook menu was used.

Only use suitable microwavable containers and cling
film in the microwave. Pierce the film with a fork before
cooking.
• For best results, pierce the potato's skin before
cooking. Once the potato is cooked, wrap it in
aluminium foil for at least 5 minutes to ensure it is
thoroughly cooked.
• It is recommended that when auto-cooking a potato,
the potato should weigh at least 230g.
• Potatoes will vary in water content depending on age,
type, weight, etc.
Make sure food is thoroughly cooked before consuming.
Additional cooking time may be required for thicker
pieces of meat.
