defrosting

This feature allows you to defrost your frozen foods simply by entering the weight or time.

defrost by weight

1. Turn the upper dial (1) to "Defrost" and the LED display will show
"d1".
2. Press the Start/Confirm (2) button to confirm.
3. Turn the lower dial (2) to adjust the weight of your food. The range
of weight is 100g - 2kg.
4. Press the Start/Confirm (2) button to start defrosting.
5. Press the Stop/Cancel (3) button once to stop the defrosting.
Press the Stop/Cancel (3) button again to cancel the setting.
• Large items may be frozen in the centre. To
ensure even thawing, turn them over from time
to time and break them into smaller pieces
during defrosting.
• When half the defrosting time has passed, the
unit will beep to remind you to turn over the
food. If no action is taken, the unit will continue
cooking without pausing.
• You will need to press the Stop/Cancel (3)
button once to hold the defrosting programme
and open the door. After you rotate the food,
you need to press the Start/Confirm (2) button
to re-start defrosting.
• Place roasts fat-side down or whole poultry
breast-side down.
• Drain liquids during defrosting as the juices from
food can get hot and cook the food.

defrost by time

1. Turn the upper dial (1) to "Defrost" and the LED display will show "d1".
2. Turn the lower dial (2) to select "d2".
3. Press the Start/Confirm (2) button to confirm.
4. Turn the lower dial (2) to adjust the defrosting time. The range of time is 0:05 - 95:00.
5. Press the Start/Confirm (2) button to start defrosting.
6. Press the Stop/Cancel (3) button once to stop the defrosting. Press the Stop/Cancel (3) button
again to cancel the setting.
