This feature allows you to cook most of your food based on the food category and weight. Select
the category and choose the weight of your food. For quick reference of the cooking time and the
weight, please refer to the Auto-cook Menu Table.

1. Press
(1) to select the auto-cook function.
2. Press
menu programme. The LED will show"A-1" to
"A-8".
3. Press START/+30SEC/CONFIRM (3) to
confirm.
4. Press

confirm and start cooking.
6. Press STOP/CLEAR (2) once to pause.
Press again to cancel the setting.
For instance: If you want to cook 350g of fish
using the auto menu programme. Please follow
the steps below:
1. Press
(1) to select the auto-cook function.
2. Press the
Menu programme for fish. The LED display
will show "A-6".
3. Press the START/+30SEC/CONFIRM (3)
button to confirm.
4. Press the
weight option for programme until the LED
display shows "350g".
5. Press the START/+30SEC/CONFIRM (3)
button to confirm and start cooking.
When using the auto-cook menu, it is not necessary to programme the time or cooking
power. Indicating the food type and weight is sufficient. For some food, you may need to
turn it over during cooking to ensure it is thoroughly cooked and browns evenly.
The density and thickness of food can affect its cooking time. Ensure all food is piping hot
and cooked thoroughly before serving. It is essential that food is checked during and after
the recommended cooking time, even if auto-cook menu was used.
