Shower Door Assembly Note: The installation of the aluminum frame with the glass panels must be done according to the installation steps. The door handing can be reversed by rotating it 180 degrees (or flipping it over). 1. Place the Glass door A (04) and the Glass door B (05) on a flat surface.

3. Attach the top and the bottom Roller hinges (12) to the right edge of the Glass door B (05). Mind the position of the Roller hinges on the glass. See Fig. 3 and Fig. 5 for details. Fig.3 4. Connect the Glass door A (04) to the Glass door B (05) using the Middle hinges (11).

Door assembly Fig.5 5. Locate the Guide rails (03) and the Glass profile (02). Connect the left end of the Guide rails to the Glass profile using the Big flat head screws ST4.2×40 (09). See fig. 6 for details. NOTE: Make sure that the Seal strip flange on the Glass profile is pointing in towards the shower.

7. Secure the Hinges (13) inside the Guide rails (03) using the Big flat head screws ST4.2×12 (08). See Fig. 9 for details. Fig.9 8. Attach the other Glass profile (02) at the right side of the door unit and fasten it to the Guide rails (03) with the Big flat head screw ST4.2×40 (09).

11. Push the Glass profile (02) and Aluminum profile of the Return glass panel (20) inside the installed Wall profiles (01) on both sides. Slide the Return glass panel back out of the Wall profile just enough to allow space for the Corner profile (19) to slide over the Aluminum profile of the Return glass panel at the corner location.

Secure the Wall profiles and the Glass profiles with the Round head screws ST4.2×10 (07).

14. Adjust the Roller hinges (12) to make the door slide smoothly. See fig. 18 for details. Fig.18 15. Mount the Door knob (17) onto the glass door. Open the door and attach Anti-water strip (15) to the vertical edge of the Glass door. The strip flange should point away from the shower faucet.
16. Apply the silicone along the Wall profiles (01) and the bottoms of the Guide rail (03) and Return glass panel (20). See Fig. 20 for details. NOTICE: Any adjustment to make the door stable can be applied on the bolts of hinges and hardware during the installation or after use.
