The Company suggests periodically cleaning off the hydraulic parts (valves and filter). We cannot
say how often this cleaning should be done as it depends on the type of application, we also cannot
suggest what cleaning agent to use as this will depend on the additive used.
OBL khuyến cáo nên làm sạch định kỳ những bộ phận thủy lực ( van và bộ lọc). Chúng tôi không
thể ước tính tần số làm sạch bởi vì nó phụ thuộc vào từng loại ứng dụng. Chúng tôi cũng không thể
gợi ý chất làm sạch nên sử dụng vì nó còn phụ thuộc vào chất phụ gia sử dụng.
Operating suggestions when dosing sodium hypochlorite (most frequent case):
Những gợi ý khi định lượng Natri Hipoclorit ( trường hợp phổ biến nhất):
a - disconnect the pump from the mains. Ngắt bơm khỏi nguồn điện.
b - disconnect discharge hose from pipework; Ngắt đường ống thải khỏi đường ống
c - remove the suction hose (with filter) from the tank and dip it into clean water;
Di chuyển ống mềm để hút (với bộ lọc) khỏi bể và nhúng nó vào trong nước sạch
d - switch on the metering pump and let it operate with water for 5 to 10 minutes;
Bật bơm định lượng và để nó hoạt động với nước trong 5-10 phút;
e - switch OFF the pump, dip the filter into a hydrochloric acid solution and wait until the acid
finishes cleaning
Tắt bơm, nhúng bộ lọc vào trong một dung dịch Axit hidro cloric và đợi đến tận khi axit hoàn thành
việc làm sạch
f - switch ON the pump again and operate it with hydrochloric acid for 5 minutes in a closed-circuit,
with suction and discharge hose dipped into the same tank;
Bật lại bơm và vận hành nó với axit hidro cloric trong 5 phút trong một mạch kín với ống hút và thải
nhúng vào cùng bể.
g - repeat the operation with water; Lặp lại hoạt động với nước
h - reconnect the metering pump to the pipework. Kết nối lại bơm định lượng với đường ống
