Measuring AC Voltage

Insert the plug of the black test lead to the "COM" jack, the plug of the red test lead to

Measuring AC Current

Set the rotary switch to the desired AC current range position.

Press the trigger and clamp the conductor to be measured with the jaws.
Make sure that the jaws are perfectly closed.

a. Each time only one conductor should be clamped.
