  • Page 9 5. DESCRIZIONE TECNICA Definizione: prodotto secondo EN 13240. Le stufe a camino de La Nordica si addicono a riscaldare spazi abitativi per alcuni periodi. Come combustibili vengono utilizzati ceppi di legna. L’apparecchio è composto da un insieme di elementi in ghisa uniti tra loro ad incastro, mentre la tenuta è assicurata da un mastice refrattario.
  • Page 10 WANDA La sezione minima deve essere di 4 dm (per esempio 20x20 cm) per gli apparecchi il cui diametro di condotto è inferiore a 200 mm, o 6,25 dm (per esempio 25x25 cm) per gli apparecchi con diametro superiore a 200 mm.
  • Page 11 WANDA IMPORTANTE. Per un miglior benessere e relativa ossigenazione dell’ambiente stesso, l’aria di combustione della stufa / camino può essere prelevata direttamente dall’esterno. Per far questo la stufa può essere collegata alla presa d’aria esterna tramite un raccordo Ø 100. (Capitolo: Scheda tecnica) L’entrata dell’aria per la combustione nel luogo d’installazione non deve essere ostruita durante il funzionamento del Prodotto.
  • Page 12 WANDA 10. COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO La centralina e l’impianto dovranno essere installate e collegate da personale abilitato secondo le norme vigenti (Vedi Cap. Avvertenze generali). ATTENZIONE il cavo di alimentazione NON deve essere a contatto con parti calde. Sui nostri prodotti possono essere installati dei kit di ventilazione adatti a migliorare la distribuzione del calore attraverso la ventilazione del solo ambiente di installazione oppure del locale adiacente (Vedi Cap.

  • Page 14 13.8. PULIZIA CASSETTO CENERE Tutti i prodotti LA NORDICA hanno una griglia focolare ed un cassetto per la raccolta della ceneri. Vi consigliamo di svuotare periodicamente il cassetto dalla cenere e di evitarne il riempimento totale, per non surriscaldare la griglia. Inoltre Vi consigliamo di lasciare sempre 3-4 cm di cenere nel focolare.

  • Page 17 Definition: product according to EN 13240. The chimney stoves of La Nordica are suitable to heat living spaces for some periods. As fuel, wood logs are used. The appliance is made up of a series of cast-iron elements joined to one another by a fixed joint, while the seal is assured by refractory putty.
  • Page 18 “WANDA” 6.1. CHIMNEY POT The flue draught depends on the suitability of the chimney pot (Picture 2 at page 40 Picture 3 at page 41). It is therefore essential that, if built in a handcrafted way, the exit section is more than twice the internal section of the flue.
  • Page 19 “WANDA” 8. PERMITTED / FORBIDDEN FUELS The permitted fuels are wooden logs. Only dry wooden logs must be used (water content max 20%) . The wood used as fuel must have a humidity content lower than 20% which is obtained with a drying time of at least one year (soft wood) or two years (hard wood) placing it in a dry, airy place (for example under roofing).
  • Page 20 “WANDA” 10. CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF VENTILATION The control unit and the plant must be installed and connected by authorized personnel according to the standards in force (see chapter.2). ATTENTION: the feeding cable must not be in contact with hot parts.
  • Page 21 YOU MUST NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE DEVICE!!! 13.1. MAJOLICAS LA NORDICA has chosen majolica tiles, which are the result of high-quality artisan work. As they are completely carried out by hand, the majolica may present crackles, speckles, and shadings. These characteristics certify their precious origin.
  • Page 22 “WANDA” 13.3. VARNISHED PRODUCTS After some years of product use a change in the varnished details colour is totally normal. This is due to the considerable temperature range the product is subject to whenever in use and to the varnish ageing of time passing by.

    • Die Öffnung sollte mit einem Wandanschluss zur Aufnahme des Abzugsrohrs und einer Rosette ausgestattet sein. La NORDICA S.p.A. haftet nicht für Produkte, die ohne Genehmigung geändert wurden, und ebenso wenig, wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurden. Ihr gewohnter Bezirksschornsteinfeger ist von der Installation des Heizungsherds zu unterrichten, damit er seinen ordnungsgemäßen Anschluss an den Rauchabzug und dessen Leistungsvermögen überprüfen kann.

    WANDA 5. BESCHREIBUNG Definition: Gerät gemäß EN 13240. Die Ausrüstung besteht aus einem Satz von Elementen aus Gusseisen, welche durch Einsteckverbindungen miteinander verbunden sind, und deren Dichtheit vom Feuerfestkitt gewährleistet wird. Der Satz ist durch außerhalb des Heizungskörpers aufgestellte Anker und Muttern geschützt und ist von einem Gehäuse aus verzinktem Blech verkleidet, das mit hochtemperaturfestem Lack lackiert ist..

    WANDA Der Rauchabzug muss durch geeignete Isolierung oder einen Luftzwischenraum von entflammbaren oder brennbaren Materialien angemessen entfernt gehalten werden. Es ist VERBOTEN, im Innern des Rauchabzugs Anlagenleitungsrohre oder Luftzufuhrkanäle durchgehen zu lassen. 6.1. SCHORNSTEINPOSITION Der Zug des Rauchabzugs hängt auch von der Eignung des Schornsteins ab.

    WANDA Der Eintritt der Verbrennungsluft in den Installationsraum darf während des Betriebs des Heizungsherds nicht verstopft sein. Es ist unbedingt notwendig, dass in die Räume, in denen Heizungsherde mit natürlichem Kaminzug betrieben werden, so viel Luft zugeführt wird wie für die Verbrennung erforderlich ist, d.h.

    WANDA 10. LÜFTUNGSVERBINDUNG Die Steuereinheit und die Anlage müssen von nach den geltenden Vorschriften zugelassenem Personal aufgestellt und verbunden werden (siehe KAP. ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE). ACHTUNG: die Stromzuführung darf nicht in Kontakt mit warmen Teilen werden sein. Unsere Produkte können mit Gebläse Sätze versehen werden, die dafür geeignet sind, die Wärmeverteilung durch die Lüftung des einzelnen Aufstellungsraumes oder des naheliegenden Raumes zu verbessern (siehe KAP.

    Lassen sie von Ihrem gewöhnlichen Schornsteinfeger die ordnungsgemäße Installation des Geräts und die Verbindung mit dem Schornstein und der Belüftung überprüfen. WICHTIG : Es dürfen ausschließlich Ersatzteile benutzt werden, die ausdrücklich von der La NORDICA genehmigt wurden. Falls nötig, wenden Sie sich an einen unserer spezialisierten Händler.

    WANDA 13.1. DIE MAJOLIKEN Die Kacheln von LA NORDICA werden in hochqualifizierter handwerklicher Arbeit geschaffen und können dadurch Mikroporenbildung, Haarrisse oder Farbabweichungen aufweisen. Gerade diese Eigenschaften zeugen von ihrem Wert. Emaille und Kacheln bilden wegen ihres unterschiedlichen Dehnungskoeffizienten Mikrorisse (Haarrisse), die ihre Echtheit beweisen.

    5. DESCRIPTION TECHNIQUE Définition: cheminée conforme EN 13240. Les appareils de La Nordica sont destinés à chauffer des espaces de logement pendant certaines périodes. Les combustibles utilisés sont des bûches de bois. L’appareil est composé par un ensemble d’éléments en fonte unis entre eux à encastrement, tandis que l’étanchéité est assurée par un mastic réfractaire.

AMENÉE D’AIR DANS LE LIEU DE LA MISE EN PLACE DURANT LA COMBUSTION Vu que les cuisinières thermiques prennent leur air de combustion de la pièce d’installation, il est OBLIGATOIRE qu’il existe une quantité suffisante d’air dans ce lieu. En cas de fenêtre et portes étanches (ex. Maisons construites avec le critère de l’épargne énergétique) il est possible que l’entrée d’air frais ne soit plus garantie et ceci compromet le tirage de l’appareil, votre bien-être et votre sécurité.

LES FAIENCES LA NORDICA Les faïences La Nordica sont des produits de haute fabrication artisanale et comme tels, elles peuvent présenter de très petits grumeaux, des craquelures et des imperfections chromatiques. Ces caractéristiques sont la preuve de leur grande valeur. L’émail et la faïence, pour leur différent coefficient de dilatation, produisent des microfissures (craquelure) qui en démontrent l’authenticité.

    “WANDA” RUPTURE DES VITRES: Les vitres sont en vitrocéramique résistante à des poussées thermiques allant jusqu’à 750° C et ne sont donc pas sujettes à des chocs thermiques.
