Documents stored in memory

Printing a list of documents in memory _________

Your fax can print a list of documents stored in memory, along with the transaction number (TX/RX NO.)
of each document. Once you know the transaction number of a document in memory, you can print it or
delete it. See Doc. memory list, p. 8-7.

Printing a document in memory _______________

Follow the procedure below to print a document stored in memory.

Press [Function].
Press [Memory Reference].

Use [u] or [d] to select PRINT DOCUMENT.
Press [Set].

Use [u] or [d] to select the transaction number
(TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to print.
• If you are unsure of the transaction number (TX/RX NO.),
print the Doc. memory list. (see p. 8-7)
• Use [l] or [r] to display details of the transaction
(destination, for example).
• The transaction number preceded by # shows the document
currently being sent.

Press [Set].

Press [: : ] to print the first page only, or press [#] to
print all pages of the document.
The fax prints the document.

To continue printing other documents in memory,
repeat the procedure from step 3.
To finish, press [Stop].
