• With the clutch push lever fully pushed in di-
rection "c", turn the short clutch push rod "3"
in or out until the projection "a" aligns with the
mark "b".
• Hold the short clutch push rod to prevent it
from moving, and then tighten the locknut to
specification.

• Oil seal "1"
Installed depth "a"
1.4–1.9 mm (0.055–0.075 in)
11.Install:
• Clutch cover
Clutch cover bolt
10 Nm (1.0 m·kgf, 7.2 ft·lbf)
TIP
Tighten the clutch cover bolts in the proper tight-
ening sequence as shown.
