Replacing the Dust Bag

­ Pull the dust cover out to remove it.
­ Hold the collar on the dust bag and
carefully pull it forward to remove it.
­ Place the vacuum cleaner in the
parallel position. Unfold a new
dust bag, and install it by placing
the hole in the dust bag collar
completely around the suction inlet.
­ Spread out the sides of the new bag,
and then place the bottom edge of
the dust bag under the rib of the
bag compartment.
CAUTION:
If the bottom edge of the dust bag is
not placed under the rib, the dust
cover may not close properly or
suction performance may suffer.
Be careful not to clamp the dust bag
with the edge of the dust cover.
If the dust cover cannot be closed,
the dust bag is not properly installed.
Obtaining new paper bags.
You can obtain new dust bags from
your nearest Panasonic dealer.
Be sure to specify only Panasonic
vacuum cleaner bags. If bags from any
other manufacturer are used, it may
have an adverse effect on vacuum
cleaner performance.
