Before Calling for Service

Review this section before calling for service; doing so will save you both time and money.

Cooking

Problem
Arcing or Sparking
Cookware is not microwave safe.
• When in doubt, test cookware before use.
Do not operate oven while empty.
• Place the food in the oven.
Unevenly Cooked
Carefully monitor the food in the microwave oven while it is cooking.
