either be accepted or ignored. (See appendix B for details concerning the XMPEG command.)
3.4.8 Simulated Network Control
Using `a local computer (or remote via a modem), the receiver may be controlled by network
commands as if they were received through the network command channel (over the satellite).
Refer to paragraph 2.3.4 to set up to use this mode. This special mode is called LOCAL ANCS. It
is named for the proprietary Wegener network control software system. This mode is used only
for network software development and debugging.
