Cause
There is no defined work area.
The charging station or the refer-
ence station has been moved.
The map object file is incorrect.
Weak satellite signal to the refer-
ence station.
Weak satellite signal to the prod-
uct.
The reference station is not
paired with the product.
The reference station is not instal-
led correctly.
Reference station radio signal
does not cover the whole work
area.
One or both the lift sensors are
defective.
One or both the collision sensors
are defective.
Action
Make a work area in the Auto-
®
mower Connect app. Refer to
Operator's manual.
Move the charging station or the
reference station to the original
positions.
Do a new installation of the map.
Do a check of the map in the app.
Adjust the map and save it.
Delete the map and do a new in-
stallation.
The satellite signal is temporarily
weak. The product will start to op-
erate when the satellite signal is
good.
Examine the installation of the
reference station. Refer to
tor's manual for the Reference
station .
The satellite signal is temporarily

The area includes parts where
the satellite signal is weak. Exam-
ine if the product has satellite sig-
nal in all parts of the work area.
Examine if the sky is obscured. If
possible, remove obstructing ob-
jects. Otherwise redo the installa-
tion and exclude these parts.
Redo the pairing with the refer-
ence station.
Examine the installation of the
reference station. Refer to the
Operator's manual for the refer-
ence station.
Check if the product has radio
signal from the reference station
in all parts of the work area. If not,
redo the installation of the work
area.
Replace the defective lift sensors.
