1. The self-contained water tray can be filled in two ways:
Remove the rubber- matted table tops and fill from the
top, making certain that the drain plug is tightly closed
on the inside of the water tray or use a standard garden
hose to fill from the bottom of the water tray. (Fig 12)
An additional coupling is provided for use when using
hose to fill water tray. Please note that the water tray
plug must be removed to fill the tray in this manner. Do
not add chemicals or detergents to the water.
2. Replace water tray plug once desired water height is
reached. (Fig 13)
3. Be sure that the water level is always above the intake
valve of the water pump.
4. When draining, simply remove the drain plug and
water will flow out of tray or through the hose. Always
drain water tray when not in use.

1. Loosen knob located above blade guard (Fig 14),
allowing the movement of the motor housing and
blade. Position blade approximately 1/16" below the
table top and lock knob.
2. Loosen the small knob on the angle cutting guide and
position the tile on the cutting table against the fence
with the zero aligned with the notch, so that it is in
straight line. The angle cutting guide will be at a 90º
angle to the fence for a straight cut. Tighten knob to
keep guide in position (Fig.15).
3. Loosen knob that holds rip guide onto rip fence. Slide
the angle guide along rip fence to desired cutting
location and tighten knob. You are now ready to make
repetitive cuts with the same dimensions quickly and
accurately.
4. Turn on laser cutting guide to project path of cut, and
align it to the cutting line that you want to make on the
tile. Turn the motor on and wait for the water to start
cooling the blade.
5. Slowly and smoothly pull blade assembly handle
towards the tile to begin cutting, while keeping the tile
firmly against the rip fence and the angle cutting guide.
DO NOT force the motor. Let the blade do the cutting.
