i.
Loosen the screw of the pump connecting box located
on end of main frame. Remove the cover (Fig. 34).
ii.
Loosen the two screws of the pump cable lock to
allow the removal of the pump cord. (Fig. 35).
iii.
Disconnect the plug of the pump from the socket and
remove the plastic tubing from the pump, as well.
(Fig. 36, 37).
iv.
Then replace the old pump with a new one, installing
the new pump by reversing the above procedures
(34) to (36).
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Listed below are a number of possible causes and
corresponding solutions in case the machine does not function
as it should:
1
. Overheating of saw;
A. Turn bridge saw off and let it rest until motor is cool
to the touch.
B. Check and clean the ventilation slots, removing
blockage and dirt.
2. The saw does not start;
A. Check main power source and connections
including extension cords.
B. Check the saw circuit breaker, reset if necessary.
C. No power from outlet. Check the main circuit breaker,
reset if necessary.
D. Switch is damaged.
