Upper Transport Unit

Opening the Upper Transport Unit
Lift the lever located at the right to
open the upper transport unit.
CAUTION
Make sure that the upper transport unit is
in the locked position before reaching
inside the scanner.
Closing the Upper Transport Unit
Lower the upper transport unit
with both hands.
NOTE
Press the upper transport unit with both
hands to secure the lock.

WARNING
Before lowering down the unit, make sure that the area
between the main machine and the upper transport unit is
clear of all objects and fingers.
ACHTUNG
Bevor Sie die obere Einheit absenken, überzeugen Sie sich,
daß keine Gegenstände oder Finger eingeklemmt werden.
Lift the upper transport unit to
release the lock.
