Warranty Procedures

A. e-Tag
e-Tag is an electronic limited warranty claim form that is completed online,
printed out, and accompanied by the original defective part or defective
toner assembly that is being returned to the Warranty section for warranty
compensation.
The e-Tag warranty claim form can be accessed in the Warranty section of
the e-Support Center Web site at http://www.support.cusa.canon.com.
