- Page 4 HARDWARE LIST DRAWING DESCRIPTION QUANTITY Short Bolt 4 PCS Medium Bolt 4 PCS Long Bolt 6 PCS Allen Wrench 1 PC STEP 1 INSERT FIVE CASTERS (A) INTO BASE (B), PUSH HARD UNTIL YOU FEEL OR HEAR THE CASTER (A) SNAP INTO PLACE.
- Page 5 STEP 2 ATTACH MECHANISM (D) TO SEAT (E) USING FOUR SHORT BOLTS (1). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SHORT BOLTS (1) USING ALLEN WRENCH (4). STEP 3 ATTACH ARMS (G & H) TO SEAT (E) USING THREE LONG BOLTS (3) FOR EACH ARM (G & H). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL LONG BOLTS (3) USING ALLEN WRENCH (4).
- Page 6 STEP 4 ATTACH BACKREST (F) TO SEAT (E) USING FOUR MEDIUM BOLTS (2). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL MEDIUM BOLTS (2) USING ALLEN WRENCH (4). STEP 5 PLACE THE ASSEMBLED SEAT ON TOP OF PNEUMATIC CYLINDER (C) AND APPLY DOWNWARD PRESSURE.
