The Cobra RM514SPC may not be starting at normal working temperature due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. The throttle choke lever may be in the wrong position. For a warm engine, it should be set to the “ ” position. 2. The spark plug connection may be loose. Ensure the metal loop inside the rubber boot is fastened securely over the spark plug tip. 3. The fuel lock may not be in the “ ” (open) position. 4. Fuel vapor or debris may be present, or ignition safety steps may not have been followed.
