Follow the steps in this chapter to enable T-Pairing.
Requirement
- RAID System code must be version 3.5.2 or later
- Accusys Installer must be version 3.5.2 or later
- Host must equip two Thunderbolt ports on independent Thunderbolt bus (Not
daisy-chain).
Installation
1) Power on RAID system.
2) Connect RAID system and Host with two Thunderbolt cables.
3) Power on Host and install Accusys Installer.
4) Create an array, check Assign LUN automatically and select 2 Thunderbolt host
ports.
Note
1. T-Pairing does not support Hot-Plug and Fail-Over; Need to have a reboot to get
T-Pairing function back while cable re-plugged.
2. T-Pairing only functions with specific host computer have two Thunderbolt 3
channel internally. (e.g. MacBook Pro equipped 4 Thuunderbolt 3 ports)
