TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem
No LCD display
Mains are normal but works in backup
mode
Backup time is short
Alarm buzzer beeps continuously
Solar are normal but Solar charger
doesn't work
Possible Cause
Battery voltage is low
Battery is defective
Power button is not pressed
AC input is absent
Overloading
Battery voltage is too low
Battery is bad
Inverter entered into fault mode
PV reverse polarity protection
Some parts wrong

Remedial Action
Re-charge the battery and check if the
battery cables are well-connected
Replace the batteries
Press and hold the power button
Check the connection of AC input
Disconnect non-critical loads
Re-charge battery for at least 8 hours
Replace good quality batteries
Refer to the fault code to identify the fault
and report to service representative for
further assistance
Re-connect the PV terminals
Refer the fault and warning code
