Your ILLUSION sales representative can advise on the best position to maximize the performance of the appliance. In most cases, an Authorised ILLUSION Installer can be arranged to install the unit, however if this is not possible, a suitably qualified gas fitter must be used. These appliances are not designed to be installed by the homeowner. -

Replacing Logs The unit should never be used with broken logs. Always turn the gas valve off. And allow the unit to cool before opening door. Remove logs carefully.Logs should only be replaced by an Authorised ILLUSION representative.
