Module status is a read only register containing the module status and error
information. Use the MREAD command to read this register.

• When error occurs, turn off the system power and then turn it back on.
• A write count alarm is issued when the number of offset calibration write to EEPROM
exceeds 1 million times.
Do not perform unnecessary write because the reliability of the data will be affected when
write to EEPROM exceeds 1 million times.
