(1) Analog input
The analog input mode can be set to bipolar or unipolar as shown below with
respective data range.
Bipolar (±5 V, ±10 V, ±20 mA)
The range of digital input with respect to analog input is ±2000 counts for full scale
input (-5 V to +5 V or -10 V to +10 V, -20 mA to +20 mA). Negative data is expressed
as two's complement. A 0.5% margin is provided at upper and lower limit to
compensate for fluctuation in input near full scale input.

• Disconnect detection operates when the signal line is disconnected in current input (4 to 20
mA) mode.
• Disconnect detection cannot detect correctly when the signal line is disconnected in voltage
