(3) Offset calibration data
Offset calibration data contains the setting after user calibration.

0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA(Unipolar)
Note 1: When the value after user calibration is negative in the case of unipolar, the
analog input data will be zero.
Note 2: Initial value is the value for No setting in the above table.
(4) Gain correction data
Gain calibration contains the setting after user calibration.
