Example)
If input range is exceeded at the connected equipment side when full scale voltage:
10.000 V, offset voltage: 0.000 V is output from DA364 (±10 V mode) when the
connected equipment side is at maximum voltage: 9.95 V and has offset voltage: 0.005
V.
(1) Short the ADJ terminal. The RUN LED blinks.
(2) Select the target channel with the channel selection switch.
(3) Offset adjustment
(a) Output zero from the DA364 module (Count: 0).
(b) Turn the GAIN/OFFSET/MANU switch to OFFSET.
(c) Set the UP/DOWN switch to UP or DOWN while monitoring the status of the
connected equipment and set to offset 0.05 V at the connected equipment side.
(4) Gain adjustment
(a) Output full scale from the DA364 module (Count: +2000).
(b) Turn the GAIN/OFFSET/MANU switch to GAIN.
(c) Set the UP/DOWN switch to UP or DOWN while monitoring the status of the
connected equipment and set to the maximum voltage 9.95 V of the connected
equipment.
(5) Press the SET switch to write the calibrated data in EEPROM.
Check that the SET LED turns on for few seconds and then goes off.
(6) Open the ADJ terminal. The RUN LED turns back on.
