Tare the sample pan

Spread an even layer
approx. 4.5 g of powdered
skim milk on the sample pan
Close the sample chamber
10. Start the drying program
After 2 seconds' delay
the header for the moisture
analysis is printed
The current moisture loss
is displayed afterwards
The moisture analyzer heats
the sample uniformly
to 100°C within 5 minutes
Press STOP to end the analysis;
the rate of weight loss is
calculated and stored with
the drying parameters.
The footer for the moisture
analysis is printed
