1.1. Using capsula® JR5X as a child car seat
You have purchased capsula® JR5X car seat for your child. We thank
you for your trust. Please take enough time for the correct handling
of your car. Please note that the optimum safety characteristics and
comfort can only be achieved, if the seat is used properly according to
instructions. Please keep instructions always
with the seat for further information.
capsula® JR5X child seat is approved in accordance to the European
standard for child restraint systems ECE R44/04. If you make any changes
on the seat, the approval looses its validity.
IMPORTANT: capsula® JR5X is only approved for the
installation type with the three-point seat belt (universal). It is not allowed
to use it, in case there is only a two-point seat belt. The belt has to be
approved in accordance to the ECE R 16 (or to similar norms). This is for
example recognisable by the "E", "e" on the testing tag which is on the
belt.
If you use the seat on the passenger seat, please slide it as far back
as possible and note the hints in the vehicle manual.
ATTENTION:The approval will be invalid as soon as you make changes on
the child car seat. Changes must only be made by the manufacturer.
capsula® JR5X must only be used to secure your child in
the vehicle. Never use the seat as toy nor as seating accommodation.
