RED MEAT ( microwave +
convection)
Use a dish adapted to microwaves and
to high temperatures.
Take out the meat from refrigerator 1
hour before cooking.
Dish on rotating tray.
After cooking, out of the oven, let rest
the meat 10 min
packed in an aluminium foil.
A 2 WHITE MEAT (microwave +
convection)
(pork, veal turkey poultry)
Use an adapted dish to the micro
waves and high temperatures.
See advices «red meats ".
A 3
FISHES (microwave)
Use a dish adapted to microwave, add
from 2 to 3 spoon of water,
of lemon juice or of white wine.
Cover it with an adequate lid or a
plastic wrap and lay it on the rotating
tray.
A 4 POULTRY (microwave +
convection)
(Whole chicken or pieces)
Prick the skin to avoid the projections.
At the end of cooking, let rest the
poultry 5 min in the oven.

VEGETABLES (microwave)
To cook fresh vegetables, add in the
adequate dish :
- 2 tablespoonful of water for 200
grams
- ½ dl beyond.

PIZZA (Convection)
To warm, cook or gild deep-frozen
pizzas.
Program with a preheating function,
put the pizza after the beep
A 7 PIES (Convection)
Function with preheating. Put the pie,
cake pan laid on a fixed grill, low
position, after the beep.
A 8 CAKES (Convection)
Function with preheating. Lay the
mould on the grill in low position, after
the beep. Have an eye on the burning
colour.
