2.3 Connect the power
Important: Check the voltage rating of the power source complies with that of the
printer; incorrect voltage of the power source may cause hazard and damage the
printer.
1.
Switch off both the PC and the printer.
2.
Connect the connector of the detachable cable to the printer power socket.
3.
Connect the power plug to the wall socket.
4.
If media and ribbon are installed, toggle the power switch to ON position to turn on the
printer and the power LED will light up.
Important:
1.
Hold the power plug to unplug the power.
2.
Pulling the power cord by force to unplug the power may break the power cord
causing fire and electric shock.
3.
Turn off the power if the printer is not in use for long period.
