Setting up Miele@home
The following message appears in the
display:

Miele@home
 Touch the OK sensor control.

Set up now

 To set up Miele@home now:
Touch the OK sensor control.
 To postpone setup until later:
Touch the  sensor control until
up later appears in the display and
press OK to confirm.
The following selection options appear
in the display:
1. Connect via WPS
2. Connect via App
 Select the required connection type.
You will then be guided by the display
and the Miele app.
Before installing the tumble dryer in
its final location, check that the sig-
nal strength from your WiFi network
is sufficient.
Before using for the first time
You will require a WPS-compatible
router for the
tion type.
 Activate the WPS function on your
router within 2 minutes.
If the connection is successful, the fol-
lowing will appear in the display:
 OK
Connection OK

 Confirm with OK.
Set
Continue with setting up
 Confirm with the OK sensor.
 See "1. Notes on correct laundry
care".
 You can then select a programme
and load the tumble dryer as de-
scribed in "2. Selecting a pro-
gramme" and "3. Loading the tumble
dryer".
The procedure for using for the first
time is completed when a programme
lasting longer than one hour has been
carried out in full.
