If you cannot rectify a fault yourself (after setting the program selector to Off and
restarting) or a repair is required:
Open the program selector Off Disconnect the power plug.

Turn off the tap and call customer service.
■
Cause / remedy
At the end of the program, the warm laundry feels more humid than it
actually is. Spread out the laundry and let it cool down.
The ambient temperature is too high (over 30 ° C) or the room
■
where the washer-dryer is located is insufficiently ventilated. The
laundry was not spun sufficiently before drying. Always set the
■
maximum spin speed that can be selected for the respective wash
program.
The washer dryer is overloaded. Observe the recommendations
■
for maximum load in the program table and on the load display.
Do not overload the washer dryer. The maximum load for the
drying phase is smaller than the maximum load for the wash
cycle. After washing, unload the washer-dryer so that the
maximum load for the drying phase is not exceeded and divide
the laundry over two drying cycles.
The supply voltage is too low (below 200 V). Provide a

suitable power supply.
The water pressure is too low. According to the water condensation
■
principle, a low water pressure means that the evaporated vapor does
not condense properly and completely.
The faucet is closed during the drying process. The use of
■
water condensation technology for drying requires that the tap
remain open during the drying process. Otherwise no proper
drying process can be guaranteed.
Thick, multi-layered textiles or textiles with thick fillings dry
■
slightly on the surface, but less well on the inside. This
compensation process can take longer.
