9. MANUTENZIONE
Azionare il sollevatore e posizionare il carrello in modo tale
che frontalmente si possa raggiungere facilmente la vaschetta
dell'olio e nella parte posteriore sia possibile vedere attraverso
l'apertura sulla colonna l'usura della chiocciola.
Premere il pulsante di emergenza e posizionare sullo 0 (zero)
I'interruttore generale, per togliere tensione elettrica, quando
si effettuano operazioni di manutenzione.
Attenzione: organi meccanici in movimento. La ri-
mozione delle carterature è da considerarsi a rischio
di chi la esegue.
9.1 Lubrificazione guide di scorrimento dei pattini
Una volta ogni 3 mesi ingrassare le guide di scorrimento dei
rulli con grasso grafitato.
9. MAINTENANCE
Activate the lifter and position the cart so that the oil tank can be
reached easily from the front and the nut wear is easily seen
through the column opening.
Press emergency button and position main switch to 0 (zero)
to cut tension when performing maintenance operations.
Caution: moving mechanical parts. Guard removal
at operator's risk.
9.1 Skid sliding guides lubrication
Once every 3 months grease the roller sliding guides
with graphitized grease.
9.2 Vaschette di lubrificazione
Rimuovere la tendina anteriore della colonna.
Almeno una volta all'anno, rabboccare la vaschetta di
lubrificazione con olio (ESSO GEAR OlL GX85W od equivalen-
te) e pennellare la vite con grasso MOLYKOTE GN PLUS -
25°+450°.
9.3 Chiocciole portanti
Togliere il tegolo E di chiusura posteriore della colonna.
Con i carrelli a 50 cm da terra, controllare mensilmente la distanza
tra i
due segni incisi sulla chiocciola di sicurezza e sull'asta.
A ponte nuovo i due segni sono allineati; quando la distanza raggiun-
ge circa i 2 mm, occorre sostituire la chiocciola portante.
9.2 Lubrication tanks
- Remove the front casing of column.
At least once a year top up the lubrication tank with oil (ESSO
GEAR OlL GX85W or similar) and, brush the screw with
MOLYKOTE GN PLUS -25°+450°.
9.3 Main nuts
Remove the rear closing panel of column
With the carriages at 50 cm from the ground, monthly check the
distance between the two marks etched on the safety nuts and
the rod. If the lift is new, the two marks will be aligned; when their
distance reaches approx. 2 mm, replace the main nut.
