9.1.3. Blown fuse

The 10A, 15A and 20A solar chargers are equipped with an accessible fuse. The most likely scenario when this fuse blows is
when the battery accidentally has been connected in reverse polarity.
Remove fuse to check the fuse continuity. If the fuse is faulty replace the fuse for a new fuse. But, before placing the new fuse,
check the battery polarity and fix if the battery polarity is wrong.
If the new fuse also blows, consider the unit faulty. Reverse battery polarity is not covered by warranty.

9.2. Batteries are not charged

This chapter lists all possible reasons why the solar charger does not charge the batteries, and the steps you can take to remedy
the situation.
There are a number of reasons why the solar charger might not charge the batteries.
For example:
• Issues with the battery, PV panels or system wiring.
• Incorrect settings.
• The solar charger is externally controlled.
• Natural battery behaviour.
In some of these cases the VictronConnect App will show, at the bottom of the status screen, a clickable link with the text "why is
the charger off". If the link is clicked, an explanation will appear as to why the charger is off.
