Faults and Diagnostics:

The stove is not supplied with electricity: LED off:

The power cable is damaged or disconnected from the power outlet

The fuse may be blown on the electronic board (see section 7.5)
The [Button A] (ON/OFF) LED flashes red on the control panel:

There was a power outage during operation, press [Button A] for a few seconds to clear the alarm.

The alarm is removed when the LED flashes green
The stove is on, but wood pellets do not drop down:

The reservoir is empty, fill it and press [Button C] to reload the feed screw quickly

The feed screw does not work properly, call an authorized technician to check

The feed screw is blocked following an accumulation of wood pellets, call an authorized technician to release it
The crucible fills with an abnormal quantity of pellets which spill over:

The fresh air supply is insufficient for the stove to function properly.

Non-compliance with "essential maintenance" (see section 3)

The holes in the igniter are blocked (insufficient cleaning of the crucible, ash pan too full)

Lack of airflow

The output regulator is set incorrectly

The fuel is damp.

The door is not closed properly, or the door seals are in poor condition.

Crucible / crucible support incorrectly positioned, outside of their housing.
The feed screw can become blocked with pellets

Technical operations

Intervention on the hopper and the motor gear (to be carried out only by a qualified service professional)
The power cable should be disconnected during maintenance.

How to carry out maintenance

Remove the front panel of the hopper (7.2.1)

Remove the two screws which hold down the grid (7.2.2)

Remove the protection grid (7.2.2)

Remove the foreign object

Carry out these steps in reverse to reassemble.

