I Mounting the MCU
When mounting the MCU on the user system without connection to an emulator, use the
HQPACK064RZ to secure the MCU.
An index mark (one corner of the NQPACK064RZ or HQPACK064RZ is clipped) indicates the first
pin on the NQPACK064RZ and the HQPACK064RZ. Also, an index mark (G in a depression) on the
MCU indicates the first pin. Align these index marks to mount the MCU. Incorrect alignment of the
first pins (index mark) may damage the MCU, probe header, or user system.

Procedure for mounting the MCU
1.
Mount the MCU by aligning the index mark of the MCU with the index mark of the
NQPACK064RZ.
2.
Make sure that the MCU is mounted on the NQPACK064RZ, and place the
HQPACK064RZ on the NQPACK064RZ by aligning the index mark of the
HQPACK064RZ with the index mark of NQPACK064RZ.
3.
After placing the HQPACK064RZ on the NQPACK064RZ, secure the MCU using the
supplied screws. Be sure to secure the HQPACK064RZ evenly at the four corners with
the screws. Tightening the screws too much may damage the HQPACK064RZ and
NQPACK064RZ.

To prevent an electric shock when mounting the MCU on the user system, turn off the
product and any connected devices and unplug the power cable from the outlet before
mounting the MCU.
