This indicates that a drop of oil fell on the heating coil during the manufacturing process. INSTALLING INSTRUCTIONS WARNING: All wiring must be installed by a certified electrician according to the electrical safety. The heater must be grounded in accordance with all national and local building codes. All wiring procedures and connections shall be in accordance with the national and local codes having jurisdiction. - Page 12 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION: 1. Open the package, take out the heater. 2. Loosen the four screws in the handle, move the handle to the upper of the cart stand. 3 Align the screw holes on the handle to the cart stand, re-insert the four screws and tighten.
