Networking switch: Simple - reliable
The freeConnect 500 provides a quick and easy way to build or
extend your network with its five 10/100Mbps ports. Its
compact size allows it to be placed almost anywhere, keeping
your work area free of clutter.
With automatic MDI/MDIX detection, you will no longer have
to worry about when to use a straight-through cable and
when to use a crossover cable, the freeConnect 500 will
compensate automatically. This feature, combined with
automatic speed and duplex detection, makes the device truly
"plug and play". The LEDs on the front panel provide detailed
diagnostics of the unit's activity and status, allowing you to
monitor the freeConnect 500 with a quick glance.
