This can be used for IP transmission as well as powering the camera via a PoE switch. Loosen the four captive torx screws located the front of the housing leaving the screws in the front portion of the housing. Generally a cross-over cable is used for directly connection to PC, while a direct cable is used for connection to a switch. -
