This arrangement requires:
•
An iSCSI HBA network interface card (NIC) in the host PC or server
•
A GbE network switch
•
A standard network switch
Only one iSCSI data cable is required between each Vess enclosure and
the GbE network switch. However, you can attach multiple cables to
create redundant data paths.
