A storage disruption alarm is sent if a storage device is unavailable, removed, full, locked or if other
read or write problems occur. To identify the source of the problem, check the System Log under
System Options > Support > Logs & Reports. Depending on the problem, it might be necessary to
re-mount the storage device.
For information on how to set up a storage disruption alarm, see Events on page 41.
Check that the SD card is not write protected (that is, read only).
Reformat the SD card and then click Mount.

In case the pan/tilt drive components or the camera components experience a problem that cannot
automatically be corrected, this text overlay will appear and the PTZ Status in System Options
> Maintenance will be set accordingly. The problem may be caused by physical blocking of the
mechanics, heavy vibrations, mechanical wear or other malfunction. In some cases the problem
might be temporary and can be resolved in the next movement or after pressing the Test button
under System Options > Maintenance > PTZ Status.
The camera does not get enough power for both the camera and the motors after negotiating with
the Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), for example an injector or midspan.
Please restart the PSE by unplugging the mains adapter and/or restart the camera.
