Service Centre - Max 26197 Instruction Manual

There are two safety-related switches on the
tool: main switch (trigger) and safety contact
(� gure 1).
Follow instructions for safe use:
1. Connect tool to mains.
2. Switch on at mains.
3. Place tool where staple/tack is to be
inserted.
4. Press tool against item to activate safety
contact.
5. Press trigger.

Loading and removal of jammed staples/
tacks
1. Press Open/lock switch to release
magazine. Extract magazine from tool.
2. Pull spring back. Load a strip of staples or
tacks in magazine.
3. Follow instructions 1 & 2 for jammed
staples/tacks.

Cleaning
Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use liquids.
Accessories
Suitable for staples and tacks from 8-16 mm.
