FIXING COMMON ISSUES OF YOUR DEVICE

Feedback / Chirping: If you hear a high-pitched sound
when you put the device in the ear canal, you're having
feedback. Change between differnt dome sizes to one
that fits better, and insert the device as swiftly as possible
to avoid feedback.

Batteries don't last: Make sure youre turning off your
device when you're not using it, and remember to peel off
your batterie's sticker. Your batteries should last 3-7 days.

Volume / Amplification is not enough: Our devices have
a great amplification level. If your ears are clogged with
wax the sound is reduced - try a professional ear cleaning.

I can't change the volume!: Sometimes, AirTap doesn't
respond as expected. Make sure your device is not being
obstructed by an object, such as hair or clothing.
