With the help of an additional person, care-
fully lift machine off shipping container and
place on a flat, stable surface.
Leveling Machine
1.
Loosen cap screw attaching each adjustable
foot to foot rail (see Figure 5) using 6mm hex
wrench.
2.
Place metal shims (as required) between
adjustable foot and foot rail until machine is
level (see Figure 5).

Tighten cap screws and verify machine does
not wobble on surface.

Workbench Load
Refer to the Machine Data Sheet for the weight
and footprint specifications of your machine.
Some workbenches may require additional rein-
forcement to support the weight of the machine
and workpiece materials.
Placement Location
Consider anticipated workpiece sizes and addi-
tional space needed for auxiliary stands, work
tables, or other machinery when establishing a
location for this machine in the shop. Below is
the minimum amount of space needed for the
machine.
