7.2 Loading documents on the ADF

When the documents are curled or a paper jam occurs, fold up the exit guides ( ) and then resume
scanning.
•
When scanning thin paper (40 g/m² or less) that is longer than 150 mm (5.9 in.) with a resolution of
301 dpi or more, pull out the exit tray ( ) and lower the exit stopper ( ).
