• This menu is not selectable when Contrast Hold is set to On.
• The luminance is reduced to about half due to the principle of operation in the black frame
insertion mode or the interlace display mode. However, on this monitor the normal
luminance is set by the contrast adjustment (backlight adjustment). For this reason, as the
upper limit of Target Luminance becomes about 120 [cd/m
• The luminance calibrated internally by the backlight does not guarantee an absolute value
and may be different from the luminance calibrated by the probe. When you set Target
Luminance near to the upper limit (250) or the lower limit (40), the setting value may
exceed the adjustment range and cause an error. If an adjustment error occurs, change
Target Luminance and perform the automatic adjustment again.
Selects the probe to be used for automatic adjustment of the color temperature.
[CA-210]: Select when Konica Minolta CA-210 is used.
PM 5639/06: Select when DK-Technologies PM 5639/06 is used.
Eye-One Pro: Select when X-Rite Eye-One Pro is used.

About the color temperature after automatic adjustment
The values of x and y displayed by the probe may be different from those set in Target Color
Temp because the x and y values of the probe is calibrated by the monitor.
Note
An external PC with USB connector and software for adjusting the color temperature are
required to use the Eye-One Pro. Before adjusting the color temperature automatically, start
the software for adjusting the color temperature.
For the software for adjusting the color temperature, please contact your Sony representative.

Sets whether or not to adjust the contrast (backlight) together with the automatic color
temperature adjustment.
Off: The contrast is set to the value depending on the luminance set in Target
Luminance.
[On]: The contrast is not adjusted.
Copies the other color temperature.
Copies other data in this monitor.
When the item is selected, you can select from D93, D65, User1, User2, User3, User4 or
User5.
D93: Copies the color temperature of D93.
D65: Copies the color temperature of D65.
User1 to 5: Copies the color temperature of User1 to 5.
When D93 or D65 data is changed, they are displayed as D93* or D65*.

Enter the ID number of the source monitor.
When the NETWORK switch is set to PEER TO PEER, this is not selectable.
When the ID number is entered, you can select from D93, D65, User1, User2, User3, User4
or User5.
